Thomas A. McKenna

Thomas A. McKenna is the founder and owner of Navesink Logistics, Inc., established in 1994. With more than four decades of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, he brings extensive executive management and consulting expertise spanning technology, project management, finance, business development, operations, and recruiting.
Since founding Navesink Logistics, Mr. McKenna has partnered with a wide range of clients to execute logistics cost reduction initiatives and supply chain transformation projects. His advisory work also includes providing Internet resource management consulting, expert witness testimony, and due diligence services for investors, attorneys, banks, and financial institutions.
Before establishing Navesink Logistics, Mr. McKenna served as an executive at Leaseway Transportation, where he managed business operations with revenues exceeding $125 million. His thought leadership has been featured in numerous industry publications, including Global Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies, Inbound Logistics, Traffic World, and Private Carrier. He is a frequent guest speaker for organizations such as the Food Distribution Industry Group, American Trucking Association, National Private Truck Council, and National Association of Purchasing Managers.
Mr. McKenna honorably served three years in the United States Army in the European Theater. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Science and Economics from Kean University.
Alan Montgomery
Alan Montgomery is the firm's Vice President - Logistics Recruiting with Navesink Logistics/Logjobs.com. He is recognized as a global subject-matter expert in the logistics careers, fulfillment and transportation businesses.
Mr. Montgomery previously was Vice President with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting), based in Vienna, Virginia serving as the Global Leader of Logistics & Fulfillment Consulting within the Supply Chain Service Line. His responsibilities included leading and providing quality advisement for major CGEY sales initiatives and engagements, developing innovative business solutions, and leading the Logistics & Fulfillment Practice team.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young in 1991, Mr. Montgomery had a 20-year track record of rapid professional growth in Fortune 500 transportation companies. He has served as vice president of marketing for Chemical Leaman Tank Lines, Inc., a specialized truckload motor carrier. Before that he held senior positions in strategic planning, marketing and finance with Consolidated Rail Corporation, as well as other positions in the railroad industry. He started his logistics career as a U.S. Army logistics officer, serving both in Berlin, Germany and the Republic of Vietnam.
He holds an M.B.A. in Transportation (with concentration in Marketing) from Wharton Graduate School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and a B.A. in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College, Washington, Pennsylvania.

Christine Booher
Christine Booher is an executive consultant with Navesink Logistics. With over 17 years in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry, Ms. Booher’s broad range experience includes managing multi-site logistics centers, domestic and international transportation management, international trade and compliance, management consulting and logistics business development and marketing.
She most recently served as a Director of Business Development for UTi Integrated Logistics, a $4.5B global third-party logistics company. Prior to joining UTi, Christine managed a logistics services operation for Anixter’s largest outsourced client, a leading telecommunications manufacturer. She was responsible for distributing ancillary product to the client’s 14 distribution centers and North American installation sites.
In addition, Christine served as the Director of Logistics for A.O. Smith (previously MagneTek). In this role, she managed 15 global distribution centers, oversaw staff of over 200 which included distribution, finance, human resources, information technology and transportation professionals. Prior to MagneTek, Christine was a senior consultant for Ernst & Youngs’s Supply Chain Practice and focused on $1B and greater manufacturing clients worldwide.
Ms. Booher received an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College.
