Container Search

The Container search is a hybrid arrangement for locating talent that combines aspects of retained and contingency searches.  A client pays an upfront fee to secure our focus on the specific role.  If a candidate for the specific search comes to our client on their own and is the selected candidate, the upfront fee is forfeited however no further fees are due.  This model works well for difficult to fill positions.
